Wellness Works is a Nutrition Club located in Costa Mesa, California with the goal of bringing good nutrition to community members. We provide a valuable service by informing the community about the importance of nutrition and regular exercise in achieving optimum health.
You can walk in any time during our business hours to get a service that includes 12oz low calorie and highly nutritious smoothie, 12oz herbal green tea and a shot of herbal aloe drink for only $5. You can consult with a Personal Wellness Coach to create customized nutrition programs for you to reach your personal goals. The Personal Wellness Coach will give you a complimentary Free Body Analysis with the Omron machine that will show you your BMI (Body Mass Index), resting metabolism and ideal weight. Our Wellness Coaches are here to assist you with the greatest attitude and the biggest smile!
